An incentive trip is meant to feel like a genuine reward, not a business trip with a nicer hotel — so we build these as proper leisure itineraries, using the same destinations, named stays where relevant, and private guides as our individual traveller packages, sized and paced for a group rather than a couple.

We handle the destination logistics for a conference or company offsite — venue sourcing, delegate accommodation and ground transport — so your team can focus on the agenda itself rather than the travel arrangements around it. AV production, catering and the conference content are usually best run by your own event partner or in-house team, and we work alongside them.

Team building programmes we arrange range from a single activity day near a city base to a multi-day offsite built around a destination — matched to your group's size and profile rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all activity list. The right programme depends heavily on your group — a desk-based office team and a group used to physical activity need different starting points.
