What age range do these itineraries suit?
Most work well from school-age children through grandparents, with normal allowances for nap times and rest afternoons. Very young children (under about three) and high-altitude routes like Ladakh need a specific conversation with us first.

A note on very young children and older relatives
Some of our itineraries — Ladakh's high altitude, Char Dham's trekking sections — are genuinely unsuitable for very young children or anyone with mobility limitations. Tell us your family's ages and any health considerations and we will steer you away from a poor-fit itinerary rather than sell you into one.
