Bespoke itinerary design

Rather than starting from one of our set itineraries, this service designs your trip from the ground up: a conversation about your interests, available time, physical pace and priorities, followed by a proposed route across the regions and experiences that genuinely fit what you have told us, with revisions until it is right.

It is the approach our founder built the company on, guiding visitors himself before Experience My India existed as a company, and it remains our most hands-on planning service.

Travellers whose trip does not fit neatly into a standard circuit — an unusual combination of regions, a specific interest that needs a specialist route, or simply a preference for something designed entirely around them rather than adapted from an existing package.

• Included: the design consultation, draft itinerary and revisions, final logistics planning.
• Not included: international flights, visa fees, the accommodation and activity costs themselves (quoted transparently as part of the finished itinerary), personal expenses.

The design process itself typically takes a few weeks from first conversation to a confirmed itinerary, depending on complexity and how much revision is needed. Trips designed this way can run any length and any season, since the whole point is that nothing is fixed until it matches your priorities.
