The visitor-facing demonstration format shows practitioners performing choreographed forms, unarmed combat sequences and traditional weapons work (sword and shield, spear, and the distinctive flexible urumi sword among others), usually with a short introduction explaining the art's history and its connection to traditional Ayurvedic body conditioning.
